The story on the dial
The piece starts from Jules Verne's novel Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas and from Captain Nemo, its central figure. Alongside Jules Verne Nautilus GX and Jules Verne X26, it is the third piece in the portfolio drawn from Verne.
The dial is worked in micro-painting, drawing and hand engraving. The hand-wound skeleton movement shows through the back: the case pivots between the lugs and turns towards it.
