What the site uses
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It has no Google Analytics, no social network pixels, and it loads no third-party resources.
The only data kept in your browser is what the private sections strictly need in order to work: the password entered there stays in the memory of the open tab, through sessionStorage, purely so that it is not asked for again on every page. It erases itself when you close the tab. It does not leave your computer.
Why your consent is not requested
Romanian Law 506/2004, Article 4, requires consent for storing information on the user's equipment, except where the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has expressly requested. The data described above falls within that exception: it exists only because you asked for a protected section to be opened.
A banner asking for consent where no consent is needed would be a formality without content. The site shows none, and tells you here instead.
What you can do
Every browser allows the data a site has stored to be deleted. If you delete it, the only effect is that the private sections will ask for the password again.
